The Myrr are born from the heartache and pain of those who grieve, whether it be for family, friend; anything they have a strong and severed attachment.
They are not natural born demons. The influx of essence streaming from the Tear is more than enough to experiment with other emotions, or traits. In this case, it is grief.
And it is through these creatures that one can grieve in silence, without the sharp pangs in their hearts, without the constriction around their chest. When finally, they can do so in peace.
They come in 4 particular stages shown as the following;
This is the Myrr's raw form. A mass of energized gems, all that is needed is a soul spark for it to grow.
Essence
Once a soul spark enters the crystalline form, the crystal shatters as the demon takes on a more incoporeal form. This is the demon at its most vulnerable; when presented to Viscasi, she may add other items to influence the adult form.
Adult
The true form of the Myrr is revealed; they will then take on male or female forms. This is usually the final stage of their evolution.
Elder
The highest form a demon may achieve; as a breed, there are only a handful of Myrr roaming the Realm of Valhalla, and that is only within the Jal Hyl estate.
