Terra

Bani
Status: Common

A somewhat sly creature, the Bani can be found in all major estuaries where they preiodically swim in between the sea and rivers. They are characterized with a black eye-fold, which suits them well as they are fairly stubborn creatures. Its bulky form easily allows it to power its way through the strong currents, with pretty much the strong stubborn streak that it applies to everything else.

Chi
Status: Common

Commonly found in Terra, the Chi is an urban lover and can often be found squabbling with one another after treats the humans leave out for them.

Fox
Status: Common

Having extremely high intelligence, the foxes of Terra have managed to evolve with the Realm as it was drained of all magical influences. Having to have to drop the fancies of their cousins in Gaia, they maintain a short furred coat for their practical needs.

Kis
Status: Common

Sometimes considered a pest, sometimes considered a pet. Either way, the Kis is in actuality a shy creature who will show its playful and affectionate side to those who befriends them.

Puppy
Status: Common

Another very popular pet among the people of Terra. Loyal and affectionate to their owners and gentle with strangers.

Rabbit
Status: Common

Believed to be a descendent of the Kusi from Gaia, they were weened off magic and thus evolved to cope with the situation. They now no longer spend most of their time underground, and have become domesticated pets. They still do retain a bit of their independance but are still most comfortable when socialized well.

Jellby
Status: Common

Living in the shores of the beach, the Jellbies usually are solitary creatures except come full moon. They then congregate together, and the water can be seen to turn florescent green. Why this event occurs is still unknown.

Monarch
Status: Rare

The Monarch is a stately fish, with long flowing tails and highly decorated patterns. Delicate and easily spooked if startled, it takes a long time to fully tame it and to gain its utmost trust is close to impossible.

Orelih
Status: Uncommon

A night creature, the Orelih are active hunters at night. Their flight is virtually soundless, due to their thick and luxurious feathers and furs. Though not usually trained as a hunting bird, the Orelih is quick to learn and anticipate a trainer's instructions, though everything will be met with a somewhat skeptical outlook on their part.

Quilksie
Status: Uncommon

The Quilksie seems very much out of place in its natural habitat - that of the desert. It hides from the harsh desert heat by burrowing into the sand dunes. It can easily locate the water table and burrows there whenever it is thirsty, and thus keeps itself alive.

Ruuke
Status: Common

Not many realize that with the lone gate remaining between Terra and Valhalla, there is still a little minute bit of magic drifting in and out. The Ruuke manages to stay alive through that amount alone. When people joke about their pet rock, most of the time they don't realize how true that is.

Xotil
Status: Uncommon

A newly discovered creature in Terra, the Xotil lives in extremely remote and frigid areas, preferring to be near the polar climates. They have a strong affinity to electricity and use it as both for defense and offense.

Yuu
Status: Uncommon

A rarely seen creature in Terra. Though their larger cousins have been well researched, the Yuu mostly keep to themselves in the deepest depths of the oceans, coming to the surface only once or twice a month.
