Sentinels

Sentinels are the rarest of all beings found among the Four Realms; indeed, according to mythology, they can also be found on the blazing core we call Tze'Chean. They are the only known creatures to do so.

Even in written records, their roles and existence are few and far in between. The articles that do so however bestow great power and mystery on the Stentinals.

What we do know is the following;

They are eternal, having existed the same moment when the Four Realms was created

They balance the Realms. The most popular lore regarding this is that what the common people call "Magic", is energized by the constant flow of souls to and from Tze'Chean. This in turn affects each Realm according to the types of souls that call it home. Summoners populate Eden; therefore the souls are "pure". Gaia houses the Mancers; Fire, Earth, Wind and Water. Thus the souls are of the four elements.

All the energy needs to be maintained and balanced, which is what the Sentinel Nith Kier do. How they do this is not known.

Sadly, that is all that has been documented. I am hopeful that there will come a day when these Sentinels will come forth and reveal themselves; however, I too fear that day as to why there is a need to do so.
